The Executive Board is the administrative body for the KCDCC and acts on behalf of the KCDCC in all matters between its biennial reorganization meetings. The Executive Board shall thus have all powers and carry out all duties delegated to itKCDCC by the Washington State statutes, the KCDCC, and charters and bylaws of the National,and State, and County Democratic Parties.
The KCDCC Endorsements Committee shall interview candidates for public office and make recommendations to the KCDCC Executive Board regarding proposed endorsements by the KCDCC of both candidates for public office and positions on ballot measures.
The Endorsements Committee shall draft endorsement rules and questionnaires for candidates.
These procedures shall be approved by a majority of Executive Board members
present and voting at least three two months prior to the filing deadline.
